What a brilliant time our Year 1 children (and all of the adults too, of course!) had on the visit to Paradise Wildlife Park this week.

As part of their recent science learning, children have been naming a variety of common animals and describing and comparing the structure of these; they’ve also been showing an understanding of the terms ‘carnivores’, ‘omnivores’ and ‘herbivores’. The trip gave the children a wonderful opportunity to apply and share their learning.

We’d like to say an enormous thank you to all of the parent volunteers and staff who supported with this day and who made it possible. We’ve received such lovely feedback about the children’s behaviour and how enjoyable their trip was.
