The Nursery children have been reading the book 'My Cat Likes to Hide in Boxes' by Eve Sutton. This has given us the chance to learn about rhyme, positional language and also other countries. The children have brought in pictures of journeys they have been on - both near and far - and we have found the places on the map, as well as finding the countries for all the different cats in the book. e.g "The cat from France likes to sing and dance...”
