After School Clubs
At Churchfields Infants’ School we are always looking for new ways to inspire our children to love learning and also create a wide range of experiences and opportunities that enhance our curriculum.
We are delighted to announce that we offer a wide range of extra- curricular after school clubs. The clubs are available after school from 3:30 until 4:30.
For Autumn Term 2024 the clubs on offer are as follows:

Gymnastics for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
Film Club for for Year 1 and 2
Wednesday
Football for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
Book Club for Reception, Year 1 and 2
Thursday
Football for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
Craft Club for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
Art Skills for for Year 1 and 2
Friday
Cricket for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
We are continuing to explore other ideas for extra-curricular clubs in the near future so watch this space!
Breakfast Club
Our Breakfast Club provides a calm, high quality child care option for families of children who attend our school in year groups Reception to Year 2. The club takes place in our school hall and is staffed with members of our school team who know our children very well.
The club operates daily from 8:00 am to 8:55 when the children will be taken to class by the Breakfast Club staff. Breakfast club does not operate on staff training days (INSET).
ISS, our catering company, provide a nutritious breakfast which will consist of cereals, toast and fruit. Food hygiene regulations are followed at all times.
Breakfast Club offers structured adult-led activities as well as free choice. Activities may include art and craft, construction or Lego, board games and opportunities for reading / home learning tasks.
The cost is £6 per session whether breakfast is taken or not. Parents are able to select which days they need and book in termly blocks via ParentPay. For more information, please contact our admin team.
Tea Time Together
Teatime Together Club provides a calm, high quality child care option for families of children who attend our school in year groups Reception to Year 2. The club will take place in our nursery building and will be staffed by members of our school team who know our children. We will provide a light tea consisting of sandwiches/crumpets, vegetables and fruit. Food hygiene regulations will be followed at all times.
Teatime Together will offer structured adult led activities as well as free choice. Activities may include art and craft, construction or Lego, board games, stories, yoga and much more.
The club operates daily from 3:30pm to 5:45pm. Teatime Together does not operate on staff training days (INSET).
Places at the Teatime Together Club are allocated on a strictly “first come, first served” basis and places may get booked up quickly. Costs will be £6 for 3:30pm to 4:30pm and a further £10 from 4:30pm to 5:45pm including a light tea. Parents are able to book in termly blocks.
